Cultivating Success One Farmer at a Time

Easter Seals Michigan AgrAbility provides direct services to farmers with injuries, illnesses or aging conditions so they can continue the occupation and lifestyle they love.

We use private donations and sponsorships to provide life-changing supports and services to these hard working men and women who brave the elements daily to provide us with food, fiber and fuel.  Contact us if you would like to donate, could benefit from our services or have new ideas how we could serve farmers in the future.

“A Leg to Stand On” has taken on a life of its own according to author Lois Olson, a retired goat farmer from Northern Michigan. She never expected that a normal day spent helping with chores on a neighbor’s farm would result in becoming a published author.

THEY DID IT! Thank you, Alpha Gamma Rho for raising $7506.14 to donate to Michigan AgrAbility to help farmers with disabilities! Click here for more pictures. Friendly vendors, awesome showmen, beautiful animals, hardworking fraternity guys, and generous sponsors. What a great combination!

A disability is defined as any impediment to work that lasts 6 months or longer, such as John Ullom’s (above left) snowmobile accident injury which has taken more than a year to heal. If you would like more information about being a donor, or questions about disability, contact us here, and thank you again for helping us to help farmers with disabilities!
